As we all know getting a good nights sleep can help how we all cope with our conditions through the day.
If for some reason we have a sleepless night or nights our ability to cope lessens and our condition seems to worsen.
Well after having 2 great nights sleep in our new bed, I can say sleep matters healthunlockeders. I feel stronger in mind and body so I can deal better with whatever my condition throws at me.
Every little thing counts in our battles against whatever condition we suffer so I'm kinda happy that Zebedee went BOING!! in our old mattress even though it cost me an arm and a leg and gave me a major exercise workout to build the new bed frame.

Hi there Rock Star Dylan! I am so glad you are getting a better sleep now and I do so agree with you about it making you feel better. Pete is rubbish if he has not slept well and he tends to sleep away much of the day then too.
Wishing you a good rest always and try not to fall out of bed with all that rocking!
Take care, Carole xxxxx
Never economise on your bed, you spend a lot of time in it! Pleased yours was worth all the effort putting it together. You're right, a good night's sleep is essential to our wellbeing. Happy slumbers. Rob
