Cat Islands!

In Japan there are a couple islands totally filled with cats. There small islands with abandoned buildings. I think the one has 15 people on it. Cats multiply pretty quickly. Pretty amazing. They have their own islands!

These are small islands they don't really use. One of them has only 15 people on it.

Am living in Thailand Ruby. ..We are 6 hours ahead of UK. . And I think the UK is about 5 hours ahead of you...depending where you live in the USA.

So that would make it about 11 hours. .

Hi ruby I watched a documentary on this or one of the cat islands, fisherman throw them scraps daily thats how they survive, and there's a rabbit island to, cute but weird, hope ur feeling a bit better . Take care xx Sonia xx

Just Googled the cat islands. There are actually 12. Tourists go to them also. They have vets visit them. I saw the rabbit one too.

Japan also has cat and owl cafes!

Isn't that so cool? Japan has some amazing sights, I would like to see. Beautiful landmarks.

Yes I saw the same program, I also read somewhere that there's a Japanese island that's occupied solely by rabbits and they have trips for tourists to go and see them. Can't help wondering if they feed them contraceptives, given the breeding rate of bunnies!
