Hi all

As some of you know I only have 50% lung capacity but I have taken to Running. After reading a post on here from one of our friends. I have invested on the SALTPIPE. I will start using it today and let you know if my breathing/running improves!!!

I know some of you are struggling but do try and get out in the sunshine for some Vitamin D and exercise no matter how small can help with depression xxHH
