Hi Snook,

I do use a salt pipe every night and find it very usefull, the best £20 I ever spent.

I use muco clear 6 percent salt nebules inhalation therapy (non cf bronchiectasis ) and it has helped ,limited lung infections ,guess it's a kind of lung cleanse also ...
