Vaccine

Having been reading and listening to you all about the importance of avoiding catching colds and flue I asked for the vaccination for the two.

One vaccine was Fluarix. 0.5ml

The other was Prevnar13. 0.5ml

They supposed to be for one year.

Unfortunately they do not have vicks nasal spray in Thailand yet.

Yep I have finally taken life serious.

Have you asked for pneumonia jab?

That is very important and depending how old a person is lasts for life.

I am only 46 and jab was done a couple of years ago so mine will need to be re-done.

Flu vaccines only last 1 year so if you been told needs doing yearly then that is what you have had...

Hi, Prevenar is a vaccine against pneumonia. The fluarix is the flu vaccine. So only the flu vaccine will be repeated yearly, the pneumonia vaccine will last for decades if not for life. Great that you got both of them done. You could look at importing the Vicks First Defence from the UK- several pharmacies ship it overseas. Best wishesxxx

Its VICS FIRST DEFENCE you need NOT Vics nasal spray. completely different thing altogether. As I said you can order on line from the UK and they will forward it on for you, best order two will cost about the same then for postage.
