good luck sian, hope you get to know what you want. On a funnier note (now wasn't funny then) we travelled down from Teesside when I went, and we didn't set off back till about 5pm, it was January and snowing and we got stuck on the Mwhattever it was for 3 hours!!!!!!!

Oh brilliant! Just raining for us. No flooding. Not bothering to use the motorways next time. Came home across country and it took the same amount of time with no holdups and a much prettier drive. Mind, wouldn't like to do that in the snow!

Hope all goes well for you & safe journey 🌺💖

Good Luck Freefaller ! I hope they can sort it outfor you. I had two sputum samples that grew aspergillis earlier this year but a CT scan showed no evidence of Aspergillosis. They used four criteria to come to this conclusion, so I hope they were right. How did it first show with you ? Blood or sputum sample ?

The have found a nodule in my left lung and think it is an aspergilloma. At UHSM they are not so sure so lots of new blood tests and sputum tests to send in and another appointment in October.

yes, mine are aspergilloma, so long ago now, but think it was sputum, and confirmed by ct scan. and yes billie jean, it could quite easily have cleared up, I was told a normal healthy person could have it and not even know, but asperilloma is when it colonises. unfortunately my lungs are scarred from tb :-( keep well.

Good to know that they're not just going with the initial diagnosis. Seems like they are being very thorough which is encouraging.
