you didnt say if its esa or pip but answer any questions as if its your worse day possibly , don't sit still for the entire interview if you feel sore sitting get up move about slowly that's if you get pain sitting still tell them. they time how long you can sit for . if you kept a copy of the form you filled in check what you wrote down .They often check your answers at interview to compare what you put on form . watch for trick question like going shopping , watching tv programs and films . in there opinion if you walk round supermarket your ok also if you say on form you cant sit comfortable for long they ask what you watch to see how long you can sit and watch tv .Any way good luck hope all goes well .

Thank you I have been reading some on net and do know they ask some weird questions

Firstly I wish you well, they will ask subtle questions like " do you have any hobbies?" or " do you go on holiday?" then will use your responses to help gauge your abilities , try not to say too much about what you can do, more about what you can't do. Always think about how a fit healthy person does a task then be honest about how difficult it is for you to do. If some days are better than others then talk about the worst days.

If you need help then don't be afraid say so, even if you aren't getting as much help as you need.

Many people with ill health/ disabilities still manage to live a reasonable life so after a while they only remember how they manage to do things, they often forget how simply a fit healthy person manages a task compared to them.

If you or they drop something don't pick it up, do things at your pace and don't be hurried to stand, walk or sit. If you need help when out make sure you take someone else with you. If you need to take any medical aids or equipment with you when out take it to your assessment and explain that going out is often like a military operation!!

When you arrive and leave remember they may be watching out for you so take all the time you need.

If you don't understand a question make sure you ask them to explain it better.

I hope you get the result you need
