As many of you know I am having a short break at the moment, but unfortunately a situation has arisen with Wendell's daughter Emma, which she has asked me to tell you about, as she needs all the prayers, good wishes and positive thoughts that she can get right now.
Emma was taken ill very suddenly the other night and is in intensive care. She had severe pain and haemorrhaged heavily, and was taken to theatre where bowel cancer was diagnosed. Emma has improved slightly and may return to the surgical ward soon.
I am sure most of you will remember that Wen had a heart attack and a severe chest infection just a month ago, and is not recovered from that yet. Harry, is also ill with cellulitis and hip problems and may have to go back into hospital too.
Wen, as usual is coping very well and remaining cheerful and positive, but is obviously very upset and worried, so she has asked for you to pray hard, send healing thoughts and positive thoughts in her families direction. They are needed now, as never before, for Wen, Emma and Harry.
You never, ever fail to come through, and I know you will respond with love, support and kind words now as you always do.
We are right there with you Wen, Emma and Harry and send love and huge hugs to you all. xxxxx
On a personal note I have been overwhelmed by all the loving supportive messages you have given me in the past week, and I thank each and everyone of you for all the kindness, advice and words you have given me. I will be posting later on about my own situation, but didn't want you to think I was being thoughtless in not mentioning your overwhelming support of me, and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. More later.

Dearest Wendalls, I will be saying a prayer for all three of you tonight asking Him, to help you all in your hour of need and keep you strong to get through it. Also, all my love and best wishes that this will turn out alright for Emma, she's in the best place. xx

I am so very sorry for you Wendells, from posts I have seen you are a strong person.....I was once told God or whoever you believe in does not give more than you can cope with.
