Just letting you know that I have heard from Wen, although it was brief. It was after 10 pm (aussie time)and she was not suppose to have her light on and nurse Ratchett was on the prowl. lol
Basically she was just saying she was very tired, she has had the family all weekend, and though she was glad to see them, it has tired her out a lot.
She asked me to pass on lots of love to you all, and to those who have sent private messages, she is sorry but has not replied yet, but will in time.
Take care everyone,
hugs from Huggs xxx ps I can do short!! lol ....that's as big a surprise to me as it will be to you!! lol

Get well soon Wen and thank you so much for the update Huggs
I am fine thanks Sonia, just getting ready for my trip to the mainland tomorrow to the pain clinic. I have all these forms to fill in and kept putting them off so will have to get down to it now. How are you bb2 lol.
I'm ok, got another headache, it's driving me nuts now, need to eat my dinner so I can take strong painkilkers but the dinners making me feel sick due to the headache aaarrrggghhhh, I wanna cry, so painful. X Sonia x
Sorry about your headaches, if normal painkillers don't work and you have to take stronger ones, it might be a good idea to ask the doc for anti sickness tablets to take throughout the day when needed. I have to take cyclizine with the painkillers I get, and find them really helpful.
Hope you can get relief soon, and even if you manage something to eat, it will coat your stomach so you can take your pills.
Take care, sending you love and hugs, ((((((Sonia))))))))))). Is Hunky cooking the dinner, tell him to save some for me if that's ok. Mind you I am vegetarian so he might not cater for me.
If you need to cry, then cry and just let it out, and do tell Hunky how you are feeling so he can give you nice warm hugs, and talk to you. I know you are trying to protect him, but I think he would want to know how you are really feeling.
You will feel much better when you have had your pills, and phone the doc for antisickness pills if it is an on going problem.
Have a nice relaxing evening, and hope you feel much better soon.
Mommy bear hugs how can I not feel better, and chunky is looking after me, I want to sleep but to painful to lie down, least with the sob if u stop it's better doesn't seem to matter whatever I do with my head it takes it's toll, I'm hoping when I have my oxygen assessment it's down to that and supplementary oxygen will stop this. Hope all goes well tomoz at ur pain clinic. X Sonia x
Yes I understand that. Far better to go for something easy to fix. I voted for needing new glasses last time I had cluster headaches. Ended up as a trapped nerve in my shoulder. A session with a physioterrorist and no more paracetamol. Even cheaper than the glasses would have been. I object having to pay for a pair of lens when I only have one eye. LOL.
To true, my mom has an inoperable brain tumour that has disfigured her face and her one eye is sewn shut so she has only one eye to, but this means making her glasses is slightly more difficult but she has to pay for hers to, grieves me as the opticians as good as they are just get lots of old pairs and attempt to construct a pair that fits in a fashion, yet druggies get free methodone on prescription unreal, I'm due another eye test December and already have blue lenses to keep out the light due to migraines, but I find when I get a headache they hurt my face to wear so I end up taking them off so lot of good that does lol, x Sonia x
Oh good. Not too long to wait. Although I am sure that you have already waited plenty of time. I have had mine cancelled twice this year because they can't do it within 6 weeks of taking antibiotics.
Maybe December. Fingers crossed I might get a turn down. Rib
Aww, thanks for the hugs and concern Rib. The weather isn't too bad tomorrow, although there are a couple of places where the currents clash and if it is windy causes a bit of rock and roll, but it isn't to be too windy tomorrow. The roads are the worst problem as every little bump (and there are many, many of them) makes things worse, but hopefully the clinic will sort something more effective for me.
Oh Huggs, I thank you for this message from Wendell. Obviously, I an only wish her a prompt recovery. Thank you for your concern and passing on the message.
Hi Wendells. I hope you are getting fitter. Just when we are rugging up for winter, you are going to need to get that left arm ready for lifting the slop. How are your eyes? I do so hope your sight has, or is, returning. Rib
Well done on the short post huggs. You are amazing. Sending lots of love and energy to Wendells and just to take things easy and not get over tired if she can help it. Lots of love, xxxx
You are welcome Sassy, and as I have said many times, Wen does read the replies which do her the power of good.
I have heard from Wen today, but will do an update tomorrow, as their is nothing really new to say, just that she is continuing to progress, but is very tired.
I certainly will, but Wen can hopefully read all the lovely replies herself as she has an ipad, and is very boosted by all the support, so thank you on behalf of Wen. She will post again when she is able.
You are welcome butter-fly, and hopefully she will read all the replies herself on her ipad. Thanks for your good wishes, that is kind of you. I am back now, but it has been a long day, but productive and positive.
Kind regards Huggs, thanks for the update. To Wends hope you are recovering well, get plenty of rest and enjoy some peace and quiet.Hope your weather is better than mine lol.D
