Hi, have you checked to see if there is a Breathe Easy club in your area....have a look on the BLF website
I'd be interested if it was in my neck of the woods, which is Northants. Where abouts are you?
Hi Love light I'm in South Wales. But you could start one in your area it would be good to get out and meet other people in the same boat......then if it was possible we could all meet once a year at a venue for an evening.....kind regards Jan
This is a lovely idea!
Lovely idea, face to face groups of people with similar issues or likes do work very well. It is just getting it off the ground. More frequent meets like you suggest, I have found from experience work far better than the monthly option many groups favor nowadays. Social interaction works better than formal groups with formal settings it is more relaxing. Smaller groups are more personal and friendly in my experience too. Good luck and every best wish if you decide to go ahead in your area, maybe the site could be of assistance in promoting it once you get going.
Brilliant idea
Where would you begin I live in kent, it would be great to mix with people who won't mind when breathing gets a bit heavy, that's why I hardly go out now, which is not my personality at all. Annette
Hope you feel better or as much as you can now fire blade, keep well Annette
