I eat ginger and shred it for salads and use it for tea.

Morning Ruby, ginger is supposed to be good for digestion and breathing, that is why some people use a lot of it in cooking. I can vouch it helps the chest. Have a good day x

I have ginger daily for Osteoarthritis I am not sure if it is helping as yet but it does help to settle my stomach too as I also have IBS

I never thought about ginger. I have breathing problems and ibs so my stomach often plays up. Which form do you take it. I LOVE chocolate ginger you know those little chocolate covered rounds. but that's probably not what you all mean lol.

I drink 3 ginger tea - 2 of the ingredients are ginger and turmeric, can't remember what the third is. I have only been drinking it 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference in my breathing or joints but it's a nice drink.

Sometimes I buy the fresh ginger then cut a few slices and put them in a cup of hot water for my ibs. not sure if it helps though ... lol but it makes a nice drink. xxx
