Ever gone a sleep for cup hours woke up gone back agane when got up cant remember if did go a sleep or not keeps going on drives me mad any one had this?

We have different cycles in our sleep pattern with peaks and troughs I wake about every 90 mins or so. But if I get 3 hours deep sleep can feel great for days. Problem is they do not come that often

Every 90min cor is thst v.reg offcut how do you deal with that? How loong have you hsd thst then

Soz to here that offcut bit pain prob handle with pain pill on sleep prob worse if for day or to dont like takeing sleep taps if do dont sim to work that good onme
