No sleep

I wish I new why I can only sleep for a hour and half a night I wake up sweating really bad and can't go back sleep also it feels like I have cracked a rib or two every time I twist to one side its like something is digging in my side I'm so fed up and really need some sleep

Can I suggest that you make an appointment to see your GP on Monday or call NHS direct. Don't suffer in silence if it is a new symptom.

I whave a appointment on monday its really gettin me down I don't have the energy for my 3 kids its not fair on them

Is there someone who could help with the kids? How old are they? Are they old enough to be able to do some things to help you? Make it into a game. Having just spent some time looking after a friends 2 year old twins I know how exhausting it is. Saying that my 23 year old who lives at home doesn't always do a lot to help! I hope you feel better soon and if it gets worse ring NHS direct or go to hospital. X

Hope you can get this sorted quickly madmarc, its essential to us all to have good sleep. Good luck with your appointment on Monday and as Judith says if your symptoms of pain and breathlessness worsen over the weekend don't hesitate to call NHS direct, go to a walk in clinic or take yourself to the hospital.

Good morning or if you are like me its been morning for hours.i have the same issue past five days as im feeling rough with another infection i have been awake since 2.33am.

See the gp ask him about apnea sleep disorder and request a chart you can record your sleep pattern.

Worth ago ,but dont let the Gp put ypu off what you feel.
