We've been contacted by a journalist who would like to write an article about staying healthy this winter. He would like to talk to someone who has changed things in their life to stay healthy – like quitting smoking, taking up exercise and eating more healthily – and as a result has managed to stay out of hospital this winter.
If this sounds like you and you would like to tell your story, please email me at PatientVoice@blf.org.uk. (The journalist has got quite a pressing deadline and I’ll get your response faster if you email me.)
Please include your name, telephone number and a little bit about your condition and the change you've made. If they do write the story about you, be aware that you will need to send them a digital photograph of yourself to go with the article.
Thank you for your help with this!

Hi Bethany, I'd say going to P.Rehab. Lifted me out of the doldrums and taught me I'm capable of doing a lot more than I thought I was capable of. Also banning sick people from my house in the nicest way possible (short of throwing stones at them from an upstairs window!) Seriously I think those two things worked for me.
Thanks for your replies guys. Unfortunately no-one was able to help with the interview but it was great to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic.
