Newly diagnosed copd

Hi everyone. Diagnosed recently with copd and still trying to get my head around it. My partner also has it. I'm 57, mother of two and grandmother of five. Work part time and do a bit of babysitting. Not brilliant with technology, so please bear with me if I seem slow in messaging. Glad to have found this group. xx
