Singing

Thanks everyone for your kind and thoughtful advice. As you recommend a Dr friend of mine

suggested carbocystine and my own GP has prescribed it and I am on my second day - so fingers crossed. I am trying to get some physio to help me with the exercises but I have to wait 8 weeks on the NHS! I will certainly try to find a local group as you suggest - its always 'better together'! Thanks again

Good luck with the singing. I tried laughing yoga but ended up by laughing and spluttering.

fantastic idea - do you know of any in Republic of Ireland?!!

Hi 31m3aR , I've come across this website which lists singing groups and choirs all over the UK as well as the RoI - may be worth a look?
