Not bad for someone with severe emphysema. I don't like to say to much I might jinx it, but I've really well since I started taking Azithromycin.

Ditto on that Kimmy - you sing your heart out! :)

What is your choice of music for the bellows breathing Kim ?

Glad its doing you good :)

My husband has a huge music collection he likes everything except jazz and country and western. So had a bit of everything while I was dusting. But I'm a 70's teenager so T-Rex, Queen, Bowie, Slade.

Wish I could sing still, I used to really love it. Just sound like a demented frog now though :-(

I agree-and it lifts your spirits. But I also got a tip from my chiropractor about a yoga breathing technique that might help. You breathe in for 3 seconds hold it for 3 seconds, breathe in more for 3 seconds hold for 6 seconds then breathe out slowly for 6 seconds. Which is very hard to do but you can do breathe in 2 seconds hold for 2, breathe in for 2 then hold for 4 then breathe out for 4. But I suppose if you cant do that maybe take it down to 1 second? But you get the idea. I'm trying it at least once a day...you never know.

Keep smiling Sue ;-)
