Just been watching the programme about the guy who had his spinal cord repaired after it was cut in half.
For as long as time began they said you cant repair the spinal cord, miracles do happen. The wonder of modern day medical staff, very interesting how they do it (must watch).
If they can grow an ear for someone, if the can repair the broken and if they can re grow the damaged organs, there is hope for us.

I watched that program it was fantastic to see him switch it on and them move his leg as if there was never a problem. It acted as a bridge to the other side of the spine. As the doctor that invented it said they have never tried it before because they all believed it could not be done on humans but could on other animals? so they would try and see why it does not work but when they tried it did!
Very interesting and fascinating to watch. There is always hope David and maybe in the future lung disease will be eradicated or at least easier to treat. Take care xxxx
I watched it and was in tears, when you suffer from something they say has no cure seeing that mans life transformed was lovely. And bless the Neuroscientist who discovered it and the doctor who tried it first neither want to make money from it, the research is there for the world to see.
Gives us hope, and restores my faith in human nature.
Unbelievable breakthrough! I watched it with fascination - we are really only at the beginning of what can be done with the new tools and technologies.
