Well after my husband sent to see Consultant and had CT scan and breathing tests and blood tests he was given the diagnosis of Bronchiectasis. Today he has been to our specialist Breathing Space and a big thank you to the Nurse prescriber who explained everything in great detail .

Sabi-barb, what a relief for you both. Now you can ask the nurse if your hubby can be referred to the pulmonary nurse team. This is a fantastic team. The nurse may also refer you to a Pulmonary Rehabilitation. That would be fantastic, because exercise is the thing that maintains your lungs in better shape. Hope you do this.
