High blood pressure

My blood pressure is up and down all the5m time. My Dr decided to prescribe 5mg of Amlodipine. Don't feel happy about taking more meds. I have C.O.P.D. What is normal B.P. Thank you.

I have intolerances to soooo many drugs brooke but am fine with Amlodopine. Good luck. cx

Normal bp is 120/90. upto 130/ 95. Ive been having my bp monitored for 3 mth, it at 135/100. Gp says it is border line whatever that means. So l guess it sort of ok. Brooke please ask gp or practice nurse, as l dont have copd. Give surgery a ring on monday or call blf site for advice.xxxx

I've been on 10mg of Amlodipine for about 8 years now as well as all of the other COPD meds, blood pressure now stable and no known side effects. Keep takin' the tablets

I am on Amlodipine 10mngs, it his a good tablet also i am on another blood pressure tablets which help my kidneys, so please take them.

i take Amlodipine and have no side effects it's better than having a stroke
