clinic appointment

Hade my first clinic appointment this afternoon, diagnosed moderate COPD oxygen levels 93% and other blowing tube not sure of name scored about 5 slight high BP but nothing to worry about was prescribed Spiriva for daily use so start it tomorrow on the whole a good appointment and return visit in 4 weeks.

Thank you for reply I was a lot less stressed after appointment.

Today started Spiriva and already feel a difference so fingers crossed for future.

Hi Bobsmum,you should ask your gp about pulmonary rehab,exercise and information group with a physio in attendance.Depending on where you are there may be a long waiting list but it staves off the downward progression of Copd.Good luck!D.
