Feels like I've got a heavy chest, not wheezing but uncomfortable breathing, don't know if I can say sob but very uncomfortable. Even eating, seems to take ages as I feel I can't eat and breathe at same time.like I said it's not everyday . Worried about going to gp, as I feel a bit of a fraud.

That pollution recently, didn't do any of us any good, you may need a change in your medication, it's very important to get checked out and I'm glad you are going to get some advice, good luck! huff x

Hi, I have been feeling the same. Do you know if the pollen count is high near you? We have fields of yellow seed rape and they are definitely affecting me. My chest is heavy, sore, eating is difficult because I can't breathe and chew! Never feel a fraud you are the only one who knows how your body feels. Good luck at the GP.

Just an update, saw nurse and she suggested steroid pills ( hate taking them I'm overweight as it is ) so she said to increase symbircort during the day and monitor for two weeks. Peak flow was 220 twice and third time I coughed at same time and went up to 300. So she recorded 300!!!!!. So will wait and see.

Thanks for your replies

Lesley Anne, she thinks it could be the aftermath of the air pollution we had in April.
