Not bad going

Spent today putting together chest of drawers 4 ft really heavy and solid as a rock. Not bad going for someone with severe Emphysema, quite proud of myself. Don't need to exercise just do that everyday. Xxxx

I think the more you do the better you are to be able to do more things. I have been looking after my other half for about 6 weeks as she's been in bed ill ( Pulmonary embolism ) so I've been having to do more things around the house. She says I haven't looked so healthy for some time ! :)

Thanks everyone. Do feel good, I've had my friend helping sort things out in the house. I'm hoping the Azithromycin I've been taking for 2 weeks are working, at first they made me feel ill until someone on here suggested taking them first thing on an empty stomach. See team work. Xxxx
