Pulmonary rehab first day

Went to my first PR to day all went very well did the walking test all good, it's twice a week an it starts the end of September so it looks like I'm only going to miss one so far me going to the gym as helped me, they are starting up a support group so anyone living in Cullompton Willand Tiverton in Devon an can get to Heathcoats Community Centre West Exe on the 4th September at 2-30 are welcome

I had a second interview today, going through breathing exercises. Next week, walking. At the end of September, I will be going to the classes. I am really looking forward to them.
