I''ve got a chest infection first one since January so I should count myself lucky, just lost my moon face so it will be back again. Oh well one of the pitfalls of COPD. Keep smiling

Sorry you have been poorly, carole. I am on antibiotics again. It is weird, I bring up loads and loads of gunge, feel breathless and tired but no more than that. I have been looking after Brian, who is suffering. I think they will review his chemo. next week.

Thanks for all good wishes, when I rang my respiratory nurse she said she had few with changed breathing and she thinks it has something to do with the changeable weather. Trouble is I am prone to heart failure so have to keep an eye on my ankles Keep smiling

me too ... swollen ankles as I write ! never been so bad until the heat this summer ... now won't go down during the day.

Have you seen your gp. I have water tablets and have to keep my feet up for 2hrs every day. They do go down overnight. Keep smiling

yes, Doc recently put me on water tabs. Hope you are feeling much better soon. lots of rest time and putting feet up eh ? x
