There have been many questions asked about this, if you type airnergy into the search box at the top of page, press return (enter) they will come up, but the general consensus seems to be that they are a lot of money for something that has not been proved as beneficial. Keep smiling

I have one which I got at a very reasonable price on eBay.

The problem is that you can't know whether it makes any difference because you don't know how you would be without using it!

By the way, someone posted recently about oxygen usage but this is not a substitute and doesn't increase the oxygen level - I'm on oxygen cylinders for that.

If I can answer any specific questions I will ... happily!

I know it seems strange that I can't give a definitive answer but it's not like taking medication when your breathing improves or you stop wheezing. I'm totally erratic - sometimes I'm ok and other times not but not directly connected to machine use, as far as I can tell.

The best advice is to try one and, if you're near Worcester area, you're very welcome to try mine, Minto, or there are places that hire them out. I can say that it isn't a miracle worker ... sadly.
