Nurse gave me one of these about a year ago, don't really use it.
Does it matter in which order you take your medication?
I bought one in Boots. Didn't cost too much and is very useful particularly if feeling really unwell as you don't get hit with Ventolin or other inhaler fluid at the back of your throat or top of mouth. It means that even when breathing isn't great, you get the benefit of your inhaler. I also have one with a face mask given to me in AnE when unable to inhale very much.

my problem was with bronchial tube constriction, Non productive coughing and choking. The spasms of choking have been quite scary Alison.

at the end of the month to monitor me.
When I first used it I thought it only worked when it whistle (duh) then read the
instructions. Tshhh.
