I am fine today. I love this time of year, bright mornings and long evenings. Such a pity it is still on the cool and windy side.

Just enjoyed a walk with the dog, starting the exercise early today, as usual!

I feel really good, one of those rare days when I wonder what is wrong with me. I was sorting out our wardrobe at 6 am this morning, there was alot of moaning coming from under the duvet.

So its Good Morning World - it's a brand new day. Happy day to everyone.

Showered, dressed, just taken my steroids (day 4, 2 to go).

Had breakfast and off out to visit my little grandson later this morning. The first time I have been 'allowed' out alone since my exacerbation. I am feeling like my old self again and hope to return to the gym in a few days.

Hate to put a damper on things but it's pouring here in the North of Scotland. On the positive side my lovely hubby has gotten up to take me to work in the car rather than me having to go and get the bus. That also means I get an extra 20 minutes at home before having to leave.

Good morning all,been up a while,the wind and the rains fault battering the windows.! Popping to shops in a minute to get morning papers,home,bit of gardening before the rain comes back.on a bit of a high after yesterday's good news,so going to tackle an old tree stump that laughs at me everyday.

Soome sunshine here in Herts but disappearing rapidly. I am told it is getting colder - how weeks to Christmas?? My job for the morning is to sort out ancient duvets. They wear out just look jaded. Cleaning - no, it pays to buy, not much more than cleaning. One I found, had a cigarette burn - my wicked past. Since I gave up 1997, I think the duvet should straight into the charity bag.

Cold and dull here in Shropshire, Saturday and Sunday best days then back to normal Monday. All our family coming down for a few days. Stll on a feel good factor, cleaned the toaster, polished, cleaned down stairs loo,can't stop don't know what's the matter with me - maybe I'm ill, having my cuppa now and a peice of cake.

Lovely sunny day in Sussex. First day of antibiotics for yucky chest infection. So lazy day for me. So lazing in bed with 2 dogs snuggled close. Aren't I lucky?

Woken up by evil cat at 5.30am and managed to get Olbas Oil in my eye; the day is good hahahaha - but I am a tank, albeit a little one and ready to do battle with anything that comes my way today. The weather is still grumpy.

Well everyone seem chipper this morning, thats good to hear. I am up but still havn't made the shower yet, not because I am ill but because I can't be bothered yet, I have all day so whats the rush, I am going to chill till I am ready. The sun is shining beautifully but the wind is really bad so I am going to stay in, another day with the heating on but hey ho gotta keep warm.

Yes Polly everyone appears to be much brighter this morning. All the best exblonde at the hospital. Started to rain here and really, really cold. Lighting a fire again, the way we're going shall have to order some more coal in MAY! and at £155 for 10 bags (well actually 9 bags of coal and 1 bag of slack) getting to be an expensive summer.

Day wasn t good when I got up here in Bucks very cold and grey. Now getting showers and windy, alittle bit of sunshine.. Feeling good today, well at the moment, keepng fingers crossed, never know one hour to the next, bit like the weather actually have a good rest of the day everybody.
