It is nice when good days happen, but what do you do when you have a bad day?
Good and bad days.....: It is nice when... - Lung Conditions C...
Good and bad days.....
nothing, not that i do much on a good day !!!
Wait patiently for it to pass. In the meanwhile, join us for a bit of mostly light relief.
I am with annieseed, good words annie,
Anna
Also I go read really old blogs from king of the cocktails and look for all the funnies
You come here and share it with us, in as little or as much detail as you like in whatever mood. Among the friends you will find here are fellow sufferers of anything you can tell us - we all go through it and understand - you are not alone.
When you feel better you come back and tell us about yourself, your day, what made you smile.
Welcome, you are among friends.
Hope things get better for you soon.
Chris
Thank you Chris it is good to know there are other people out there going through it as well
You have an idea in your head of what you need to do for the day, but then a bad day hits and nothing gets done
but all those things will still be there, just waiting patiently for your good day
Yes this is very true
Before I found this wonderful site, I was at a loss, and my bad days were really bad. Now when I have a bad day, I come on here, and in no time, I'm smiling. I may still be breathless, but at least with a smile on my face!
I am finding this site helpful. Thank you everyone for being so kind
no we don't get depressed
Here's what we call our golden rule
Have faith in you and the things you do
You won't go wrong, oh-no
This is our family Jewel
We are family
I got all my sisters with me
We are family
Get up everybody and sing
That made me smile

We all have bad days on here but luckily not all at the same time. So if we are up we pick up those that are down. It's a good system and works well. With KOTC's jokes and Azaards awful cooking you are bound to feel better before long. Love from Bobby xxx
We share the good, the bad & the ugly here, nothing is to bad for us to share or empathise with, tell us your woes & silly stories & both will be shared & understood
Welcome & we can't wait to get to know you
Karen xxx
Thank you Karen, cant wait to get to know all of you guys
Love the new photo
Ive been reading a few and like the humour, I think I will pull up a chair and stay here
I joined a COPD blog a couple of years ago and found it really depressing, only went on there a couple of times. I know there can be bad days for people but everyone on there was talking about the bad times and never the good times, I want things to be up-lifting and funny and this blog seems to have all that, so think I will be back here again
welcome .. we all aim to please, I have been a depressive blogger in the past , but my new friends here have made me see life differently and that is what I have found brilliant about this forum, I have only been a member for 2 months, and I had a shock with my diagnosis and with my 'hubby of forever's' reaction to that, but I am happier now, and making plans for my future. I love the humour, and the good times people are sharing, but I also like to try to help, when someone is not so happy or are troubled. Ups and downs .. we take turns.
For every 'negative' thought...try and find two or three (or more even)....'positive' thoughts......think of all the things you are gratefull for and you will soon find your day is brighter and your mood lighter, and of course remember to visit KingOTC blogs! X
Yes he we are one big happy family there is always someone to help you throw it
so like i do think of all the good thinks you can do . and not what you can't. Do
Morning
There are NO bad days - you only have one of those when you don't have any days left !
You still pink and breathing? That's a great day !
For the not quite so good days, there's us and chocolate and youtube for the cute kittens and puppies. xx
Scrobbitty has it, not sure about cute kittens and puppies tho
Hahahahaha - or anything else that floats yer boat then just for you
after being diagnosed with copd just over a year ago I have gone from fighting it, to accepting I can't do what I used to and doing the things I can. When I'm able, I take a walk in the country and when I have breathing problems I read or go on the computer. Since finding this site, its the first thing I look for. As my gran used to say, a trouble shared is a trouble halved.
