Hi all can anyone tell me how often you get a spiromeyry test i had my first one last sept fev1 55% copd and asthma feel my condition gone worse had quite a few flare ups since then .Could it have gone worse already ?? X

My spirometry tests are done annually kujude, and yes it is possible that after "flare-ups" your lung function suffers each time, but if you take care of yourself with the right amount of exercise, breathing technique, good diet and a positive attitude it is possible to improve a little.

Next time you see your GP have a word and request one and dont take no for a answer,,as long as you have had no antibioctics for six weeks you should get one
