Onwards and upwards, (but not up hill)

Went for a lung function test yesterday as part of the assessment to see if I am suitable to have pulmonary valves fitted. Now I just have to wait until May 20th to see the consultant, everything thing is crossed!! Keep smiling.

Good luck Carole, I do hope you are suitable - you might not just be running in your dreams before too long but running around the park with those grandchildren of yours! My consultant told me last week he thinks I'm too far gone to have them but is going to have a word "at the next meeting". Already turned down for lvrs and transplant because of osteoporosis and hoped the valves could be a solution. Anyway, all the very best Carole. Libby xx
