Getting a sore throat again

I don't know if it is just me but ever time I get ill it starts of by a really bad sore throat .

Probably majority of us. I normally come down with cold and flu. Ever since I started taking this natural Blis K12, I hardly get sore throats. If I do, then it is not severe as I used.
