I've been on Trimbow a few years now and it's never caused me to have a flare up I know everyone is differant but I'm not sure if it would actually cause you to have a flare up but I could be wrong .

I have used Trimbow for a number of years. No problems with it. I too was changed from Fostair.

I was switched from fostair to trimbow about 3 years ago. Never had any side effect sand it's really keeping my asthma under control

I’m not happy on Trimbow. I have been on it since July and it has not controlled my asthma. I have had three flare ups and have asked to go back on Trixeo.

I just found it didn't work for me at all, and my night time symptoms were not controlled on it. But it was worth trying I think, just didn't help me. Everybody is different and sometimes experiments are needed to find the right inhaler.

I wasn't on Trimbow specifically, but on the three types of medication that are combined in the inhaler. Unfortunately, the LAMA medication didn't suit me; great for my asthma, but it caused high blood pressure and low angle glaucoma (high eye pressure). I was unlucky, as many can take LAMA meds without suffering these, or any, side effects. So I would say, give Trimbow a chance but check out your blood pressure after 3 months and get an eye test after the first year.

I tried Trimbow earlier this year. It made only a very small improvement to my symptoms but the dry mouth was off the scale. I decided it wasn't worth it so went back on to DuoResp.
