Hi everyone, I was first diagnosed with mild asthma back in 1993 just by simple blood test and at first I was like wow okay that was a shock, but I have come to live with it. It's part and parcel of my life now it's not going to go away all I can do is keep it well managed and controlled by taking my inhalers and seeing my asthma nurse for check ups.
