Dymista works better for me, but responses to medication vary from individual to individual so what works well for one person may not be so effective with someone else.

I use to use Avamys but it can become counter productive over time. ENT specialist suggested I try a Sterimar spray instead.Or a nasal wash but I couldn’t use one .

My Respiratory Team and ENT prescribe dymista for me year round, but during June - September we switch to fluticasone nasal drops (this is the worst time of year for me). I’m unable to do nasal washing as I have Ménière’s disease so I use Nelimed nasal spray instead.
