Hi

Alot of schools and groups such as guide units now ban any aeorsols from being used because of this. problem.

Have you spoken to any of your teachers about it, or maybe ask your mum to do that or write a letter if u dont feel comfy doing it yourself.

It is incredibly selfush of people using them esp if hey know of your problems.

Good luck keep us posted

i havnt had it at school, but i get it at home a lot, just try to explain to people that thier sprays have an adverse effect on your health, its wrong to suffer in silence.

hi duckie

You should certainly have a word, even if u and a parent make an appointment to see the head teacher.

Can't remember about school but my brother uses 1 all the time, he is aware but continues anyway!

Good luck and don't suffer in silence, it's not u're fault u have asthma and u shouldn't be made to suffer because of it, u may even find u're not the only person who has that problem!

Body spray was banned in certain areas in my school cos they used to set me off and that was 20 mumble mumble years ago. Impulse has just burst onto the scene and oh boy did I know it. My boys are not allowed to use their body sprays unless it is in their own rooms with the doors shut, vile full of chemical yukky yukky things are body sprays and spray deoderants and they don't even work as well as roll or gel ones!

i did

i had this problem to, i had a quite word with the teacher and they made sprays banned.

hi, soph06/everyone just had a reply from my school they say that a bann would be 2 difficult 2 police. but i no that quite a few schools have banned spray deodrants and was woundering if the bann does strop them being used? should i speak to my school again?

thanks XxDuciexX

They are banned at the Secondary school I teach at- so only roll ons are allowed, and no showers ( a bit honky to say the least! ), don't know who implemented the rule but it is basically to protect asthmatics and put a stop to the bullying type of episodes where nasty kids spray their Lynx and Impulse at other kids in the play ground.
