I managed to get covid at new year - fever, hallucinations, headache. I was flattened for two weeks - only positive was losing weight due to no appetite.
Had breathing issues after two negative tests - asthma had been ok - but now I am blowing going up the stairs.
Went to the walk in centre - diagnosed with sinusitis and a chest infection. Antibiotics and steroids prescribed.
Once your health has gone life really isn't much fun.

I went to walk in centre - nurse said I was very " crackly" and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. I have just done a spirometry - 450 after a couple of doses of steroids.
So frustrating. Not being able to breathe well is just the worst. It's something we do 22,000 times a day and as asthmatics being aware of every single breath is so draining! I so hope you're on the mend soon.
