After asking advice on my sons 8 week cough. We have established it is a habit cough. Has anyone had to deal with this . It’s incredibly stressful.

Many thanks

Hi , the one obvious question that springs to mind is , are you inadvertently encouraging this behaviour by rewarding it with extra attention ?

Hello.

My son had this too for a few years. This has improved since I’ve been giving him a high dose for of Vitamin D 1000iu daily. He is nine years old.

I wish your son good health
