After reading a few posts regarding breatheing exercise aids I recently purchased altrabreathe to see if this could help me.

My asthma consists of forstair inhaler morning and night and I basically live on my blue ventolin inhaler day and night..

After 4 days of the ultrabreathe I'm amazed that I'm now sleeping through the night with no inhaler and one day I only had 2 puffs of ventolin in 24 ,hours which hasn't happened in 50 years..

This maybe all in my head but for now the ultrabreathe does seem to be helping..
