Thanks ill give it ago

I use the SmartOne. I have bought the peak flow monitor you need to use it. It works everything out automatically for me. Expensive but worth it for me.

I can’t see why not. I have the iPhone 8 Plus. I got mine from amazon, you can send it back if it doesn’t work.

If you search the App Store for Mir SmartOne on you phone and scroll down it will tel you if it’s compatible.

There is one called PEF log which is very good, and both the AN and respiratory consultant were happy to make decisions based on the PEF graphs in it. Also there is one called asthma also quite good.

I have just invested in the Smart Peak Flow, and Bluetooth dongle. Not cheap but works fine with my iPhone 11 Pro (unless you are using AirPods at the same time it seems)! Their customer service is very good, and they were offering a 25% discount.

I have used the PEFLog one for well over a year now and it graphs peak flow as before and after meds so useful to look for trends. Can also log on it any extra triggers or comments too and can email or print full log and graph. My surgery asthma nurse found it invaluable when I was taking the charts with me and she now recommends it to her other patients rather then the numbers on paper napkins etc that doesn’t really show much. Whichever you decide, just use it regularly for getting out of it the most useful information.

I like ‘SaniQ Asthma’. You can record any symptoms alongside your PF and it graphs your PF, and it calculates your percentage of your PB so you can easily see when your getting worse. You can also track a few other things on it like pollen, medications etc.
