Who has told you that you must remain at home for 12 weeks. I suggest that you contact your Asthma Nurse or GP, as it depends on the severity of your individual asthma problem. You can apply to your local government for assistant and also the government who can help[ with your individual requirements.{Shopping and personal needs} advise is also available on asthma uk web site which has the information which you will require

The letter informing you that you are on the 22 weeks shielding has all the information- at least the one I received did

Typo you mean 12 weeks

If you live at home and you don't have food friend or family who can help.

If you don't have help nearby then register

gov.uk/coronavirus-extremel...

They will provide support ie priority pass for Supermarket delivery and other support.

If on Facebook and you have a local community group on there check it as local shops advising delivering free and will inform you of local support sorted

Hope that helps

Hi I was told stay in, no contact with anyone outside my household. When I clarified about shopping early with the high risk/vulnerable she said absolutely not. Go to Gov.uk and fill in form.

If you have been told to stay in for twelve weeks as someone who must shield that means staying indoors and not going out.
