I apologize if this has been discussed before, but i've been on a three month course of inhaled Fluticasone (125 mcg twice daily) and ever since I started using this medication, i've felt fatigue, dizziness and general malaise almost every day. Has anyone here experienced this? My doctors keep telling me that the fatigue and dizziness are probably due to something else, but they haven't been able to prove this with tests (all test results have been normal; I have a cortisol test coming up).
If my fatigue and dizziness are indeed coming from the medication, would I be able to replace it with another steroid inhaler?
I appreciate any advice.

Whenever I've had side effects from medication I've found doctors dismissive, even though the side effects are listed in the patient leaflet.
As there are different inhaled steroids available I would say you'd like to try something else as your daily life is being affected by the dizziness etc. Some patients are sensitive to steroids so you may find that you still have side effects. If the course if only for a limited time then you know when you stop the medication and the symptoms disappear that it was the steroids.
