I have washed my aero chamber plus inhaler for the first time and am having trouble getting it back together!
I have 5 pieces
1/ the perspex tube
2/ the bit that goes on the end that the inhaler fits into
3/ the mouthpiece
4/ the mouthpiece cover
and
5/ a very thin flexible round rubber piece with a hole in it, sort of like a large floppy washer. Tried it in a couple of different places but doesn't seem right - and spacer has stopped making a noise if I breath too fast now.
Help please?

I think maybe you took too many pieces off. The only part that's supposed to be removed is the bit the inhaler fits in. There is a model with a face mask which I guess would be different and maybe that's the one you have? But on the version I use there should only be two pieces when you take it apart for washing, the end bit the inhaler fits in, and everything else should be intact, so you wash it with the mouth piece and cover attached. I don't know that this reply is very helpful 🤔 Good luck 🤞
You’ve definitely taken it apart too far! There is a video on the asthma uk site showing you how to clean it. I suspect you will have to purchase a new spacer.
