Hi I’m being let out today still wheezing and puffing a bit but peak flow gone up said take it easy just got to rest a bit got clinic next week

Good to hear your going home. Just make sure you wrap up warm as it's freezing outside.🌹🌹🌹🌹👍

Great to hear that you have been discharged. Yes, it’s below average temperatures at the moment so do wrap up if you go out and make sure you have the room you spend most time in heated to at least 18C. Blankets lots and lots of blankets around! Winter is a great excuse for snuggling with a fluffy blanket. Sending warmth your way.
