Giving thanks to my GP

After picking up a virus last week and have a flare up in my asthma. With symptoms of coughing alot and tiredness. I spoke to a doctor over the phone last week and then saw another on the same day as they wanted to see me in person to check me over.

The doctor listened to my chest and decided I was okay.

Back today as I was still feeling tired and my peak flow had dropped a bit. Turns out I had a bladder infection and ( same Dr I saw last week) decided I had a chest infection too.

So now on one lot of antibiotics for both things. I just wanted to thank my GPs surgery for their care and attention.

They are making sure I keep well and don't go down hill anymore.

If you shoke me I would rattle. 😉

Thankyou my peak flow has drop a bit more last night 400/500 from 450/500 last week. I asked for the duty doctor to call me and he did this afternoon.

Agreed plan to do regularly 4 hourly (4 puffs) ventolin. Peak flow is responding to ventolin. No wheeze and the doctor is happy as long as I don't have a fever today to go ahead with my flu jab tomorrow morning.

Thanks all for your kind words. Nearly back to normal. Peak flow is 440/500. Coughing occasionally if I sing alot like today(singing nursery rhymes at a nursery). Haven't use my ventolin for a day. All good☺️
