In the last 24 hrs, I've had 3 asthma attacks, 1 real bad, 1 kinda bad & the last not so bad. 2 of these were @ railway stations yesterday & no one could be bothered to come over & see if I was fine, the last this pm @ home

Bad last 24 Hrs
I’m so sorry.
What did you do? How did you manage?
Are you feeling any better, and do you know what the trigger was?
Used my blue inhaler every time, tried to calm down my breathing as much as possible & lent forward. The train station was most likely the fumes from the trains, dunno @ home
Feeling better, thanks. Gonna give the surgery a call tomorrow as concerned, been told have a cardiac cough as well
I’m so sorry. Did you try to ask the station staff for their help or just push on by yourself?
There was no station staff around to ask, so had to manage it all by myself as simply wanted to get back home
What a scary episode for you.
Well done.
No more train stations for a while?
Xtremely scary, don't think I will be for a while, plus it was dark & cold, so that may have added to it
Thanks, now have caught a cold, not nice
Sounds scary!! How are you doing?
It was very scary for the 1st 2 as I was by myself so to speak (my husband was @ home & couldn't tell him what was going on because if them until afterwards), feeling better now
Gonna ring the surgery tomorrow as concerned about it as have a cardiac cough as well & it seems to be getting worse
Take good care and be sure to see a doctor, cough doesn't sound good.
Been today, everything is normal for me, so they have put it down to the train fumes making it worse. Been told to go back if it gets like that again
What does the surgery say?
That's basically what thry said that the train engines & it being cold caused them, wasn't panic attacks as was calm
Hoping to get rid of thud cold by the wkend as got my flu jab
