In very bad pain

Have a chest infection since last Thursday. only got the steroids on Monday because the doctor didn’t what to give them to me.on the second day of the steroid and I am in very bad pain.

If you feel bad just go straight to the hospital as asthma is life threatening, I hope you get well soon, your lungs could be so congested keep safe

Was talking to my doctor he said the tablets will take a few days to work.and have appointment with the doctor tomorrow

Are you also on antibiotics? .... the pain of a chest infection can be very unpleasant I find pain killers and heat pads help.... however I can't have ibuprofen so strong cocodamol it is for me when they are that bad they cause pain

If you can take painkillers then do so. Hot water bottle is brilliant too. Hopefully the steriods will work soon but any doubts don't suffer on your own xx
