so i have been given some antibiotics as i have a slight rattle on my chest and some prednisilone for a week and they have upped my symbicort. my peak flow right now average is 610 but my throat feels a bit tight, it is warm today though

i am always reluctant to use my ventolin because of my anxiety, i worry it wont help and will send me in to a right panic

Yes it definitely did last year. Also hayfever which is worse in hot weather. Use your ventolin when you need to. If it goes up you need to go to gp and review your treatment options.
