Help , I started Relvar 184/22 and Spiriva last week . Prior to that was on Symbacort 200/6 8 puffs daily. My voice was always hoarse but I have lost my voice completely. Any advice?

Hi, do you rinse and gargle after use of the relvar? I find it makes a difference. Otherwise I'm not sure, are you well with no cough or anything?
