I was wondering if anyone mainly gets issues with their very upper airway, i.e just below their throat? My lungs are good lately, but my breathing seems a tiny bit raspy. Not a wheeze though and no phlegm. Could it in fact by my throat and not airway?
It seems inhalers really go to my lungs but not upper airway. I'm on Seretide 125. This dry weather isn't doing me any favours.

Hi jamiepanic 😊 I am sorry that I don't have much advice to offer, except to say that following a recent exacerbation and a course of steroids etc I was still coughing and the asthma nurse I saw
listened to my chest which she said was clear. She thinks I may have post nasal drip or something which causes the cough reflex- perhaps you may have a similar problem? It's worth keeping an eye on your peak flow and maybe see someone at your surgery for a review. Like you, the hot weather is making me cough more than usual 😕 Hope you get some answers! 😊
